WEBOBS Studio is officially distributed as a Flatpak on Flathub and a PPA for Ubuntu 22.04 and newer. For other installation methods, including unofficial packages, click. WEBAug 15, 2020 · They re-encode the whole video, and if you don't mirror the encoding parameters you used in OBS to create the raw video, you're vastly losing quality. If you intend to upload your video to Youtube for public consumption, consider uploading the uncut video as private video first, then trim it with the online video editor of Youtube.

WEBJul 2, 2021 · If you're just recording offline, finish your recording with all the outtakes left in, then have a look for a free video editor and do (after recording at all!) cut off the outtakes you produced. There is a big range from avidemux (with a gui) up to complete NLE (non-linear editing) software at hollywood's standards like Davinci Resolve.
Question / Help Video files not opening in editing software - OBS
WEBMay 26, 2017 · However, now that I made the change, the files recorded with OBS Studio won't even open with my editing software! I use Sony Movie Studio 13.0 for all my video editing, and none of the files will load into it. I even tried opening up VLC and converting the .flv output into a .mp4 file. Still no luck. Help me fix this please.
