WEBJan 9, 2018 · Luxe has a nice product IMO have been very happy so far. I think your combination of the inner tent with the megahorn will be nice but not exactly a lightweight setup. I have the 1.5 inner tent with my hexpeak and love it. Your gonna battle condensation with any floorless setup is just the way it is.

WEBFeb 10, 2018 · Can’t remember the name but I have the xl tipi. Not the lightest weight tipi on the market but for the price point you can’t beat it. I’ve only used it twice for 2 nights in summer though. Make sure you practice pitching it and guying it out before going to the field. I also carry extra paracord for guying out too. ETA: Mini peak pyramid xl.

I have one of the smaller Hex tipi for my job as a wildland firefighter. Best tent there is. Light, fast set-up, simple. Best of luck.View attachment 134682

WEBNov 20, 2020 · In my opinion any "4 man" tipi is too small. I wouldn't recommend any of them. Used a seek outside 4 man for the last 2 years. I cant tell you how much stuff has gotten burned on the stove. Sold it and upgraded to the 8 man. Realistically the 8 man is comfortable for 2 people.
