"Best Buy has the absolute worst customer I have ever encountered. The mere fact that you cannot call the store where you purchased your item, is outrageous. We purchased what was recommended, and it doesn't work. Can we call and speak with ANYONE state side, nope. Worst, buyer beware!!!"

"Best experience I've ever had with computer / electronic help! I brought 2 laptops in (my old one I had been using for several years) and my new one which wasn't working as well as I had hoped (however I could've just brought in my old one and gotten it upgraded there instead of getting a new laptop had I known about this place before.) \nI had them check & remove any viruses & malware / spyware from each computer as well as clear the old one and switch to a Linux based operating system. They also extracted my data from the old laptop and put it on the new one and then upgraded the RAM and overall storage capacity of the Old Laptop. I brought it in to them on a Monday evening and by Tuesday afternoon the next day it was done. The owner Saeed and his staff are very friendly as well. Very satisfied! Much more personal, custom and timely experience than a place like Microcenter. Highly recommend!"

"Run, don't walk, AWAY from the service center at this location. I'm stunned at how little they knew about fixing a keyboard on a Dell laptop. \n\nIt took them a week to misdiagnose the problem. Then I took it back to them again and they decided it would take another week to totally replace to keyboard. \n\nNot wanting to wait another week, I went to Geek Squad. They looked at the computer, typed in a solution to fix an apparently "well known" glitch in Windows and solved my keyboard issues. Took two minutes and they didn't even charge me. GEEK SQUAD ROCKS!!!"
