PNC bank did a major upgrade over the weekend, and now no transactions are coming into Quicken. I can see new transactions on the PNC site, but 0 transactions have been downloaded from PNC into Quicken since Friday.
Also having problems with PNC Bank transactions not downloading. Last transaction that successfully downloaded to Quicken was 24 Oct 2025. Since then 3 transactions have posted to the PNC account. I just tried to update the account in Quicken — it reports a successful connection but no new transactions.
Trying to reconnect to PNC bank for one step update, the PNC screen that you go to to verify your accounts has just said "Service Unavailble" for weeks and weeks now.
Search PNC Bank, and you can either select PNC Bank - Web Connect or PNC Bank - Direct Connect If you choose PNC Bank - Direct Connect —click Advanced Options (PNC Bank - Web Connect will default to connecting via Express Web Connect)
As of May 17, 2023, Direct Connect to PNC is not working. I have reached out to both Quicken and PNC. The Quicken support team mentioned that this is a PNC Bank issue. I spent more than one hour with the PNC Support people. I still cannot connect and update PNC Accounts in Quiken and have also lost a direct connection to PNC. Any thoughts or ideas?
ROUTING NUMBERS: I noticed an oddity. When the accounts were set up with EWC+ the Routing number on the General tab of Account Details was 7138 which I could find no reference to in my online PNC account. But with DC it is 071921891 which is the routing number referenced in my online PNC account.
