This is inside a beautiful building with clean surroundings and new and attractive exhibits, but overall, it was quite disappointing. In our opinion, the Village would be a much better choice.Full review by 939dougg

We have a membership companion pass that allows 2 guests. Do we have to accompany the guest or can they use our pass for entry. Do we need to provide a letter or something? We live in CA and daughter lives in MI and would like to use pass (18+).
We are a family with many food allergies, is re-entry allowed? Can you picnic in the parking lot? Or is there somewhere on campus that would allow us to eat lunch we brought ourselves? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

Yes, re-entry is allowed. You just need to get your hand or ticket stamped for the day in order to do so. We packed a lunch and ate in our car in the parking lot.
