I did NOT see any bicycles for rent or even visible in the Folk Village. I myself am an age 82-year old senior citizen with some mobility issues of my own. It is huge in size. It is enormous. If your parents have a wheelchair it will be OK. The parking lot alone is huge. To be honest there is a LOT OF WALKING to be done. Best Wishes to you and to your parents.

Generally you can search for 'Korean Folk Village' in most navigation apps and the right address will come up.
