Hi Ryan, Did you buy tickets at the Theater itself or buy via online. We will be in Paris 5/1-7 and seems all the dates are booked for the 5pm.

There is a separate line for visitors without pre-booked tickets. You might be able to purchase your self-guided tour tickets directly at the ticket office but there is no guarantee.
