Saltdean Lido is a Grade II* listed Lido in the heart of Saltdean, Brighton. The 40m pool is heated to 25 degrees throughout Summer. The Summer Season is May 1st - September 12th 2024 the pool is open 7am - 7pm everyday except for Fridays when it's open 7am - 6pm. The Lido Gym is open Monday - Friday 7:00am - 9:00pm, Saturday & Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pm.

I haven’t visited the Lido since it is reopened but planned to so sent a quick question to the site on Facebook. I was met with replies from the staff as though I was stupid they were rude and snarky…Full review by Kath Smee

Absolutely amazing time at one of the dog swim sessions; so many happy people and dogs. The volunteers were friendly and helpful can’t wait for next year!!!Full review by Susan Anderson
