Yes. Also good to know any tours in English in Poland are sold out first in every museum we visited in Poland.

Yes there are stairs to all floors - you may have to do a slight de-tour from how it is laid out but shouldn't be a problem.

The bookshop is quite small but I would assume they would have books in English.
