Bengaluru/IBNS: Japanese motorcycle manufacturer Honda has finally entered India's electric two-wheeler (E2W) market with the launch of its two new electric scooters — Activa e: and QC1.

Honda ACTIVA e: and QC1 launch in early 2025. Dual battery, 102 km range. Charging hubs in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru.

Honda has introduced the Activa e: and QC1 as its 12th and 13th electric vehicles in the global market, respectively.

The Honda QC1 is set to be launched exclusively for the Indian market in the spring of 2025. Designed for short-distance commuting, the QC1 shares some design similarities with the Activa e:, particularly in the apron and side panels. However, the front design of the QC1 differs slightly, notably lacking the LED DRL present on the Activa e:.

Both the Activa e: and QC1 will be sold through selected Honda dealerships. The Activa e: will be available in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, while the QC1 will initially launch in select cities. Deliveries for both models commence in February 2025.
