The CEO and head of HR’s alleged affair was exposed when they were caught cozying up at a Coldplay concert on the “kiss cam.”

It appears as though cuddling wasn't all that was going on between Andy Byron and Kristin Cabot at the Coldplay Concert.

The viral statement circulating online addressed the "private moment becoming public without [Byron's] consent" and quoted Coldplay's "Fix You" lyrics.

The second angle emerged after the initial video, which has been viewed more than 50 million times, exploded online when Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and his chief human resources officer, Kristin

In a brief statement, the tech company also said another Astromer employee, Alyssa Stoddard, was not at the concert.

"We will have additional details to share very shortly," the company said after Byron was caught cozying up to the head of HR in a viral concert video.
