Major evacuations are underway following a pipeline explosion and fire outside Houston. The blaze began around 9:55 a.m. in Deer Park, about 25 miles southwest of Houston. It burned power poles and nearby grass while sending a giant plume of flames and smoke hundreds of feet into the air.
