Two different brands of dog treats have been recalled in the past few days due to potential contamination with Salmonella. Carolina Prime Pet, Inc. of Lenoir, North Carolina, and Gaines Pet Treats LLC of Birmingham, Alabama, are voluntarily recalling the dog treats in question.

Dog treats sold in 19 states from two companies are being recalled due to potential salmonella contamination, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Carolina Prime Pet, Inc., of Lenoir, North Carolina initiated a recall of 400 16-ounce bags of "Hollywood Feed Carolina Made Chicken Chips" treats for canines,

Carolina Prime Pet Inc., of Lenoir, North Carolina, is recalling 400 16-ounce bags of Hollywood Feed Carolina Made Chicken Chips treats for dogs.

She explained that though Shirley was "a very special dog" to her, she became violent when Cuoco's fiancé Tom Pelphrey moved in with his dog. She and Tom also share 1-year-old daughter Matilda.
