After seeing the returns of Tyler Glasnow and Blake Snell in recent weeks, the Los Angeles Dodgers could soon be getting back Roki Sasaki as well. The right-hander has been sidelined since the middle of May due to a right shoulder impingement but continues to make substantial progress and is scheduled to begin a rehab assignment on Thursday.

Roki Sasaki has thrown a three-inning simulated game, putting him on track to return to the Los Angeles Dodgers late in the season.

The rookie touches 97 mph during a three-inning simulated game on Friday afternoon at Dodger Stadium and could begin a minor league rehab assignment soon.
