State Sen. Napoleon Harris received the Democratic nomination for Thornton Township supervisor over incumbent Tiffany Henyard.

At a Democratic Party Caucus for the south suburban township, Henyard had her name denied for the Democratic ballot because she did not have a full slate as required.

Thornton Township Supervisor Tiffany Henyard has been denied an opportunity to be on the April election ballot after the Democratic Party held a rare caucus last night.
