Before Tuesday's Dallas Mavericks vs. Golden State Warriors matchup, Stephen Curry was supposed to make a public speech for Klay Thompson. Draymond Green shared why he believes Curry didn't go through with it.

Warriors head coach Steve Kerr originally confirmed the scrapped plans for the Curry speech ahead of Tuesday's game. Kerr revealed that Curry and Thompson concluded, following their conversation, that "no words [were] necessary" and that there was "going to be enough emotion already" in the arena.

Warriors star Stephen Curry destroyed the Mavericks on Tuesday night, and Klay Thompson's actions before the game may have influenced it.
