UConn women's basketball star Paige Bueckers spoke on Geno Auriemma's legacy after he became the all-time winningest coach.

Before last season's Elite Eight matchup with JuJu Watkins and USC, he referred to Bueckers as "the best player in America." WNBA scouts reportedly agree, as she is projected to be drafted with the No. 1 pick in the 2025 WNBA Draft belonging to the Dallas Wings.

Paige Bueckers caught the inbounds pass and began sprinting up the left side of the court, with North Carolina’s Grace Townsend draped all over her like a blanket. The clock was winding down in the first quarter and Bueckers, UConn’s star guard, wanted to see if she could get one more shot up.
