Lawyers for the woman who accused Patriots star Jabrill Peppers of assault spoke out against the claim she would settle for $10.5 million to avoid court.

A jury trial has been set for Jan. 22 for Patriots safety Jabrill Peppers, who pleaded not guilty in October to charges including strangulation and drug possession.
