A man was shot and killed while getting into a car Friday morning on the city's South Side. Chicago police said the 30-year-old victim was getting into his car around 6:41 a.m. in the 7900 block of South Wabash Avenue in the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood when multiple people armed with guns approached him and fired shots.

A man has died after being shot in Austin Saturday afternoon. The shooting happened just after 2:30 p.m. near the 100 block of South Lavergne Avenue. Chicago police said the suspect approached a man in his 30s and fired multiple shots,

The 28-year-old man was on the sidewalk in the 4500 block of South Champlain Avenue when someone opened fire, Chicago police said.

Chicago police said the boys, 13 and 15, were arrested on Tuesday just after 12:35 p.m. in the 8000 block of South Stewart Avenue.
