Robert Pattinson shared in a recent interview that he is worried he’ll be too "old" to play Batman in the anticipated movie sequel following years of delays.

Robert Pattinson is worried he’ll be too old to star in “The Batman Part II.” The actor, 38, played Bruce Wayne in the 2022 flick “The Batman” under director Matt Reeves and was set to reprise as The Caped Crusader in the sequel; however, undisclosed issues have pushed the original release date back years.

The actor, who portrayed the Dark Knight in Matt Reeves ‘ 2022 blockbuster The Batman, recently touched on the status of filming for the highly-anticipated sequel while speaking with his Mickey 17 co-star Naomi Ackie for Hero magazine .

“I f***ing hope so,” Pattinson told Mickey 17 co-star Naomi Ackie in a conversation for Hero Magazine about playing the Caped Crusader again. “I started out as young Batman and I’m going to be f***ing old Batman by the sequel… I’m 38, I’m old.”

Robert Pattinson is all of us right now when it comes to The Batman Part II. When asked if he'll start filming the highly anticipated sequel to the 2022 film anytime soon, he offered a candid response: "I f---ing hope so."

Part II' isn't too far away because he worries he is "going to be f****** old Batman" by the time the movie comes around.
