Lithuania has found no sign that the crash on Monday of a DHL cargo plane was caused by sabotage, and believes technical issues were a more likely explanation, officials said on Wednesday.

An investigation into Monday's DHL plane crash in Vilnius is underway. The Lithuanian prosecutor's office indicates that the cause was either technical or pilot error. On Tuesday, the aircraft's black boxes were found.

The Lithuanian airport authority identified the aircraft as a “DHL cargo plane flying from Leipzig, Germany, to Vilnius Airport.”
