Evansville Police say they have arrested an assisted living community resident for inappropriately touching a woman in a wheelchair.

Deputies say that Plock had been brought to the Emergency Room by ambulance from the Burdette Park Campground.

Authorities say the packages contained 40 pounds of meth, and were addressed to a home on Ridgeway Avenue in Evansville.
