Karol G was the big winner at the 2024 Billboard Latin Music Awards with eight trophies including Global 200 Latin artist of the year and tour of the year. Her song “Qlona” with Peso Pluma won the awards for Hot Latin Song of the year; Hot Latin Song of the year, vocal event; and Streaming Song of the Year.

The 2024 Billboard Latin Music Awards lit up the Jackie Gleason Theater in Medley, Florida, celebrating the top artists in Latin music. With emotional speeches and unforgettable live performances, the night honored stars who topped the charts this past year.

J Balvin, Maria Becerra, Gloria Trevi and more posed on the carpet as they arrived for the ceremony, which will broadcast Sunday, Oct. 20.

The Billboard Spirit of Hope Award was created in honor of the late singer Selena Quintanilla. It is given to artists who take their artistic achievements beyond the stage and personal success by dedicating time and effort to civic, community, and humanitarian causes.

J Balvin was recognized for his philanthropic work at the Billboard Latin Music Awards on Sunday as the recipient of the Spirit of Hope Award.
