On March 12, Michelin added seven LA restaurants (with 15 total added in the entire state) to its Michelin Guide California Selections. All seven restaurants are listed on the Michelin Guide as “new” and “recommended,” and could receive a coveted Michelin star later in the year.

In alphabetical order, the seven L.A. area restaurants are as follows, with full inspector notes available via Michelin’s official press release.
