I haven't really used anything else since PageMaker 6.5 came out, but it would run rings around the MS Publisher of the day. Adobe is up to version 7.0 ($499 MSRP, $79 upgrade) for PageMaker now.

There is no guarantee your version of Publisher 2007 will operate successfully on your Windows 10 machine. But that doesn't mean you can't install the program and try it out.
