Officials in eastern Tennessee say two people were killed when severe storms with two tornadoes moved through the region.

Bay County Sheriff Tommy Ford has announced the arrest of multiple local massage parlor owners and managers. BCSO said they were arrested for failing to maintain records and regulations required by state law at the businesses.

Following the death of at least two people and several people being injured, the National Weather Service has confirmed a tornado touched down in Morgan County on Thursday. NWS said an EF-2 tornado touched down near Deer Lodge on.

Two people were killed in eastern Tennessee when severe storms with a possible tornado moved through the region. Local officials announced Friday morning that a mother and daughter from the same household were killed when the storm passed through the Deer Lodge and Sunbright areas of Morgan County on Thursday night.

The storm killed at least two people, according to the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office, a woman and her daughter.
