"Some X-Men players that you might recognize" will pop up in the next few movies, Marvel's Kevin Feige confirms.

Kevin Feige has been hinting at the future of Marvel’s movie plans by stating that Avengers: Secret Wars will lead into a “new age” of mutants and X-Men.

However, the most interesting mutants might be those who appear in the mainline MCU (sigh… fine, Earth-616). Sabra aka Ruth Bat-Seraph will appear in Captain America: New World Order played by Shira Haas, but we’ll probably see more C- and D-listers join the universe.

Fans are already buzzing about Wolverine’s arrival in the MCU, played by Hugh Jackman, and many are eagerly anticipating the Fantastic Four’s debut. Feige’s comments suggest that these two legendary groups will play central roles in shaping the next phase of the Marvel universe.
