On Saturday at 12:47 a.m. a winter weather advisory was issued by the National Weather Service valid from 5 p.m. until Sunday 10 a.m. for Northern Herkimer, Northern Saratoga, Northern Warren, Northern Fulton and Southeast Warren as well as Hamilton County.
