Auburn football’s offensive play calling in 2025 will be a group effort, but head coach Hugh Freeze is still heavily involved, offensive coordinator Derrick Nix said. Nix met with reporters on Monday, and explained how the play calling will be split between Freeze, quarterbacks coach Kent Austin and himself.

Hugh Freeze and Auburn football will use the same play-calling strategy they had in 2024 for 2025, and Freeze broke it down once again during preseason camp.
