In his first year with the Chicago Bears, new offensive coordinator Declan Doyle will get an opportunity to work with rising star Caleb Williams, who hopes to become the franchise's long-term quarterback.

The Bears officially announced their coordinator hires, including their reasons for hiring 28-year-old Declan Doyle as the offense's organizer.

Between them, Ben Johnson and Declan Doyle aren't as old as Pete Carroll. But Johnson identified the 28-year-old Doyle as the guy he wants supervising the Bears' offense.
