A 15-year-old is facing charges for a Detroit shooting last week that left another teen dead and wounded his mother.

A Detroit teen accused of fatally shooting a 14-year-old boy and wounding a 32-year-old woman last week has been charged, officials announced Wednesday. The Wayne County Prosecutor's Office said it has charged the defendant with second-degree murder and using a firearm during the commission of a felony.

(CBS DETROIT) - A 16-year-old boy was taken into custody after he allegedly shot a 14-year-old in the head, injuring his own mother on Thursday in Detroit, according to police. The shooting happened just before 6 p.m. in the 800 block of Delaware Street. Police say the 14-year-old is in extreme critical condition. The mother was shot in the arm.

Johnny Lee Marsh III, 25, Eladeo Javier-Antonio Garcia, 22, Alfonso Anaya, 18, all of Detroit, and Amber Renee-Sue McIntee, 21, of Lincoln Park were arraigned Saturday through 36th District Court.
