Inter Milan secured a 2-0 victory at Feyenoord in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 tie on Wednesday with goals from Marcus Thuram and Lautaro Martinez.

After eliminating Italian giants AC Milan in the playoffs of the UEFA Champions League, Feyenoord will host the Rossoneri's city rivals Inter in the round of 16 of the European competition. Both sides are deeply affected by injuries and both managers Robin van Persie and Simone Inzaghi will be forced to change their teams ahead of the first leg that will take place in Rotterdam on Wednesday.

Feyenoord take on Inter Milan on Wednesday, March 5, at De Kuip. Kickoff is set for 6:45 p.m. CET local time in Italy. That makes it a 5:45 p.m. GMT start in the UK, a 12:45 p.m. ET or 9:45 a.m. PT kickoff in the US and Canada, and a 4:45 a.m. AEDT start in Australia on Thursday morning.
