NASCAR Hall of Famer Dale Earnhardt Jr. will make his debut as a crew chief in this weekend's Xfinity Series race at Pocono Raceway, as he will make a one-off appearance as crew chief for the No. 88 JR Motorsports team and driver Connor Zilisch.

Dale Earnhardt, Jr. will serve as crew chief for Connor Zilisch on the No. 88 JR Motorsports team in the NASCAR Xfinity Series at Pocono Raceway on June 21, 2025.

With Zilisch's full-time crew chief, Mardy Lindley, suspended one race because of two unsecured lug nuts following the May 31 race at Nashville, team co-owner and NASCAR Hall of Famer Dale Earnhardt Jr. will be making his debut as crew chief of the No. 88 team this weekend, the team confirmed to its X account on Wednesday.
