The San Francisco 49ers lost starting right guard Dominic Puni and two other offensive players in the first half of their 22-19 preseason win over the Las Vegas Raiders.

Ashton Jeanty, the No. 6 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, saw limited action in his second preseason game but made the most of it, racking up 35 yards and a go-ahead touchdown on eight touches in two drives.
