The ESA's Proba-3 mission will launch from India on December 4, using ISRO's PSLV-XL to explore the Sun's corona through precise formation flying. This collaboration highlights India's growing reputation in space technology.

The twin spacecraft that arrived in India earlier this month has been integrated and stacked at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota primed for launch.

The European Space Agency admitted that ISRO's PSLV is a more cost-effective alternative to its own heavy-lift Ariane-6 and medium-lift Vega-C rockets. The three instruments onboard Proba-3 will help unravel the scientific mystery of why the solar corona is significantly hotter than the sun itself.
