Grapevine police are working with Flower Mound officers to question a road rage suspect accused of firing into a truck with three kids, injuring a 7-year-old.

A 7-year-old was taken to a hospital Thursday night after being injured by broken glass in a road rage shooting near Bass Pro Shops in Grapevine, police said. The driver of the pickup truck the child was riding in told officers that someone fired shots into his vehicle in the area of Texas 121 and Bass Pro Drive. The shooter then drove away.

A 59-year-old man, John Schwoyer, was arrested for a road rage shooting in Grapevine, Texas, where he allegedly fired into another vehicle, injuring a 7-year-old boy with shattered glass.
