I was one of the first guests to board Disney's newest cruise ship, the Treasure. Here's what it's like in real life and what to know before booking.

The latest edition to the Walt Disney Company’s growing fleet of cruise ships – the Disney Treasure – made its official entrance this week.

Disney cruises are part of the company’s experiences division which posted record revenue and profit for fiscal 2024, with full-year revenue up 5% to $34.15 billion.

As with the Disney Wish, the atrium of the new Disney Treasure cruise ship is considered a “Grand Hall.” While the Wish took inspiration from “Cinderella,” the Treasure has a Grand Hall inspired by the palace of Agrabah from “Aladdin.”

Mickey Mouse and co are preparing to welcome passengers onto the new Disney Treasure cruise ship next month. It is the sixth member of the Disney Cruise Line fleet and has capacity for 4,000 cruisers, making it one of the brand’s largest ships.

Disney Cruise Line has welcomed its latest ship, the Disney Treasure, in New York Harbor. It was christened on Tuesday with a special drone show. The Disney Treasure will be the newest ship to arrive in Port Canaveral. It is the second of three Triton class vessels and sixth in the company’s fleet.

The Disney Treasure is the latest in the fleet to feature a Senses Spa complete with a Rainforest Room. A look inside the highly anticipated Haunted Mansion Parlor showed the iconic purple wallpaper and the Museum of the Weird-inspired bust of Rolly Crump and Aquarium with Ghost Fish.
