Carlos Alcaraz will aim to reinforce his status as the new all-court monarch of men's tennis with a third successive Wimbledon title while his chief challenger Jannik Sinner heads to London for revenge after coming off second best in an epic French Open final.

Carlos Alcaraz will be bidding for a third consecutive Wimbledon championship and sixth Grand Slam trophy overall when play begins at the All England Club on Monday.

Alcaraz could run into either fifth seed Taylor Fritz or ninth seed Daniil Medvedev in the semifinals. Both have done well at Wimbledon in the past. He's likely to face Sinner or Djokovic in the championship round, two of his biggest rivals at the moment.
