Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs announced she has signed an executive order directing multiple agencies to create a joint task force, expanding security in the state's four border counties.

Gov. Katie Hobbs' order expands border security operations in four border counties, Yuma, Pima, Santa Cruz and Cochise.

The executive order states that the Arizona departments of public safety, homeland security and emergency affairs shall create a border task force.
