Federal enforcement agencies are targeting three U.S. cities per week for large scale immigration arrests, with Aurora, Colorado to come next, three sources familiar with the planning told NBC News.

Dr. Phil and his film crew joined border czar Tom Homan and agents on some immigrations raids and livestreamed them on Merit TV, which he founded when his show "Dr. Phil" was canceled in 2023.

Gov. Andy Beshear said any requests from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement would be "looked at and evaluated."

"It's shocking to me," immigration lawyer Randy Feldman said. "It's unusual that federal immigration resources would be expended for a case like this."

It is a historic move by ICE as, in response to the nationwide immigration sweep that targets undocumented immigrants or criminals, the agency is gathering help from the FBI, DEA, and ATF.

ICE Philadelphia officials have not released details on the operation, including how many people were detained, if any had criminal records or why the car wash was targeted.
