The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) has announced that the frozen road declaration for the entire state will end at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 28. Class II and posted road restrictions remain on hold as field staff evaluate conditions following recent warm temperatures.
But according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, more than half of Wisconsinites have already received their REAL ID.“We’ve been issuing REAL IDs for over 12 years now in Wisconsin,” Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) administrator Tommy Winkler said.
