According to a report, the Las Vegas Raiders are looking to trade up to draft Miami Hurricanes quarterback Cam Ward.

Even though conventional wisdom suggests the Las Vegas Raiders will draft Shedeur Sanders if the opportunity presents itself, ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr. has the Colorado star ending up slightly lower in the 2025 draft.

Three quarterbacks will certainly throw at the NFL Scouting Combine, but Cam Ward's status is unclear at the moment.

Cleveland Browns reporter Tony Grossi of ESPN Cleveland/The Land on Demand suggested that the club's alleged interest in Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders is a "smokescreen" meant to result in Cleveland selecting Miami signal-caller Cam Ward with the second pick of the 2025 NFL Draft.
