It’s official: 2025 will mark another year in which millions of Americans could take home more on each paycheck thanks in part to the latest inflation adjustments to the tax code announced by the IRS on Tuesday.

The IRS has announced the annual inflation adjustments for the year 2025, including tax rate schedules, tax tables and cost-of-living adjustments.

Here's a minor upside of inflation: if your income and deductions stay the same this year as last year, you'll pay less in taxes.
