CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio — Two women are under arrest on animal cruelty charges in Clermont County. Nicole Flynn, 48, and Peyton Flynn, 20, are facing multiple counts relating to five horses.

Five horses were reportedly found malnourished and with various injuries. Four of the horses were given a body score of 1/9, while the fifth horse was given a score of 4/9 (mildly underweight).
