Vrabel has a mix of experience and youth on his Patriots coaching staff, including Doug Marrone, Thomas Brown and Ashton Grant on offense.

Ben McAdoo is reportedly remaining with the New England Patriots, giving Mike Vrabel another assistant with head-coaching experience on his staff.

The New England Patriots are retaining senior offensive assistant Ben McAdoo on their coaching staff in 2025, according to ESPN’s Mike Reiss. McAdoo’s return will mark just the third reported holdover from last year’s coaching staff,
