Taylor Swift in Toronto: Why commuting for Rogers Centre shows could be ‘like New Year’s Eve on steroids’
The city, which has activated its emergency operations centre for Swift’s visit, has created five designated drop-off and pickup spots around the Rogers Centre to accommodate the anticipated increase in Ubers, Lyfts, taxis and any other vehicles coming to the area:
