After five straight losses leading to a 2-7 record this season, the Raiders have taken drastic action. Sunday night they fired OC Luke Getsy after just nine game with the team and also let go of two other members of the offensive staff.

Antonio Pierce was bumped up to the head coaching job with the Raiders in midseason last year and he made some major changes to his staff at midseason this year.

So Luke Getsy's gone, but now who will be calling the plays for the Las Vegas Raiders? Even head coach Antonio Pierce doesn't know.
