SF hit with rare flash flood warning amid California atmospheric river
Nov. 22, 5 p.m. A flash flood alert in San Francisco has been downgraded to a flood warning as the intense downpour from a California atmospheric river slows down in the city but continues to pummel other parts of the Bay Area. San Francisco’s flood warning is in effect until 6:45 p.m., the National Weather Service said in a social media post.
