Gucci names Demna new aristic director, as he moves from Kering sister brand Balenciaga
Gucci has announced that the Balenciaga artistic director Demna, who goes by one name, will take over the creative direction of the Italian luxury fashion house starting in July.

Balenciaga creative director Demna Gvasalia will replace Sabato de Sarno at the creative helm of Gucci. Gvasalia's last show for Balenciaga, where he has been creative director for a decade, will be presented during Paris Couture Fashion Week AW25 on 6 July. His successor has yet to be named.
