A pursuit through Fort Smith on Wednesday ended in a crash near the Arkansas River and three arrests, according to Arkansas State Police.

FORT SMITH -- Police are looking for witnesses to a Saturday hit-and-run accident that left a 69-year-old Fort Smith woman hospitalized with serious injuries.
